Welcome to my store. I want to keep things clear and simple, so there’s no confusing legal jargon here. When you buy something from my website, these are the rules we both agree to.

#1. Who I am

This store is run personally by Matt Karrey. I operate as an individual / independent creator based in Poland.

#2. What I sell

I sell digital products for music producers—like Logic Pro templates, synth presets, and sample packs. I also offer 1-on-1 mentoring sessions and custom music production services. Everything is clearly described on the product pages.

#3. Prices and Payments

All prices on the website are in Euro (EUR). You can pay securely during checkout using the available payment methods (like Stripe, PayPal, or card). Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.

#4. Delivery

x Digital Files: Once your payment is confirmed, I will process your order and send you an email with a download link.

x Services: If you booked a mentoring session or custom production, we will set up the schedule and delivery timeline together via email.

Make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout, and check your spam folder just in case.

#5. Refunds and Cancellations (All Sales Are Final)

Because of the nature of digital files (templates, presets, sample packs), they cannot be returned. By placing an order and checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive the files as soon as your order is processed, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase once the files are sent to you.

For custom services and mentoring, the right to a refund ends once the service is fully performed.

Of course, if a file is technically corrupted or doesn't match the description, just email me and I will fix the issue.

#6. How You Can Use the Products (License)

When you buy my templates, presets, or samples, you are free to use them in your own original music, including commercial releases on streaming platforms.

However, you cannot:

Resell, share, or give away the files themselves.

Repackage my templates, presets, or samples and sell them as your own sound packs.

Release an unedited, exact copy of my template as your own track.

#7. Privacy

I only collect the information I actually need to process your order, deliver your files, and keep my accounting records in check (like your name, email, and order details). I never sell your data to anyone. You can ask me to delete your data anytime by sending me an email.

#8. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If any disagreements happen (though I always prefer to solve things nicely over email), they will be handled under Polish law, without overriding any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
